If you o­nly use your property for a few weeks in the year, we can offer a key holding service. This then enables you to leave your property in safe hands. We will carry out bi-monthly checks o­n your property and more if required due to bad weather etc. If & when we come across any problems we contact the owner immediately. We have a qualified team of tradesmen, should any problems arise.
